L'Oréal Paris Color Riche L'Ombre Pure Eyeshadow in Café Saint Germain.

L'Oréal Paris have brought out some great products this year... and the Color Riche L'Ombre Pure Eyeshadows are no exception.

These amazing eyeshadows are gel infused, so feel buttery soft to apply, are richly pigmented with colour, and all whilst blending like an absolute dream.

I've found myself particularly taken with Nude 201, Café Saint Germain (promise it's not just because of the cutesy name); a shimmery (but not glittery) taupe with a definitive lilac-toned frost finish to it. I prefer to apply it using my fingers rather than a brush - I really think the warmth from the fingers creates a more seamless finish. This shade is bit much for daytime on me, as it comes out super pigmented on darker skintones... so I've been using it for a PM-friendly cat eye as an all over 'lid colour, along with lashings of mascara and a lick of black liquid liner... standard.

A really great little product and I can honestly say that it's on a par with high-end eyeshadows, minus the high-end price tag... perfect excuse to buy the other 23 shades, then.

L'Oréal Paris Color Riche L'Ombre Pure Eyeshadows are priced at £5.49 each, and are available at Boots.
