I often get asked exactly what I use to achieve my everyday makeup look, and realised I hadn't actually shared my YouTube tutorial here on the blog. So here it is in all its glory... but before you pull up a chair and a cuppa, just a little disclaimer: I am not a makeup artist by any means. You may feel I don't apply these products the way you would do... or maybe you'd use the brushes and tools a little differently... but these methods work for me.
I filmed this tutorial last summer for my YouTube channel (check it out and subscribe here)... not much has changed since makeup-wise other than my foundation and concealer. If it's something you'd be interested in, I can film an updated foundation routine this summer (I'm unable to film videos whilst at University and am currently on the brink of exam season... eek)... or if there's anything else you'd like to see on my channel, drop me an email, a tweet, Facebook comment or anonymously comment here.
Many thanks to the person who wittily commented that I "can't afford a good brush." Not sure if you meant for my hair or my makeup... if it's the latter, you obviously didn't listen to my rant about using fingers to apply makeup to create a more natural finish... duh. But if you meant my hair, I wholeheartedly agree, it's a mess. But I like it that way. Deal. With. It.
