OPI Nail Lacquer in Thanks a Windmillion.

When I saw OPI Nail Lacquer's Thanks a Windmillion on the nails of my number 1 girl crush, Lauren Conrad in this video, I knew it had to be mine.

Fast forward nearly two years, and I'm still completely obsessed with this polish... sure, I go through phases where it gets neglected, but it's only a matter of time before it is rediscovered and my love for it is reignited all over again.

Initially a limited edition polish brought out as part of the OPI Holland Collection in 2012, this minty-green shade is still available... and I'm so glad, because I'm yet to have seen a similar coloured-dupe in the drugstore. It's a lovely shade for spring, and I love that two quick coats gets it looking the same as the colour in the bottle. It's also got pretty respectable staying power on the nails, lasting 2 to 3 days before it starts to look a little on the raggedy side, but it's nothing a sly polish top-up doesn't fix.

  1. This has made me realise that amongst my hundreds of nail varnishes, I don't have one in such a beautiful green shade!
