5 Product Face: Cheryl Cole.

So you've read this post title, and I know exactly what some of you are thinking... "This girl needs to stop harping on about Cheryl bloomin' Cole."

I make no apologies. She is divine.

As you may know, I went to see Girls Aloud on tour a couple of weeks ago, and can confirm that she is even more beautiful in the flesh - I think I'm a smidge in love *swoons*.

I bought my tickets back in November, so when I saw Girls Aloud: Ten Years at the Top listed in the TV guide at Christmas-time, it called for a night of popcorn, PJs and, for the duration of the show, absolutely no talking in the Sud household. I take my television viewing seriously, folks.

And whilst I only planned on coming away with a head full of Girls Aloud knowledge and catchy pop tunes, what I also took away was how much I loved Cheryl's makeup (above).

A little rummage through my endless collection of shadows, liners and lipglosses, along with a (virtually) nationwide search for a certain shade of L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick (which I eventually found), and I managed to put together a quick and easy Cheryl Cole 5 Product Face - using just these five products will get you looking exactly like Cheryl... well, maybe not exactly...

Face: Cheryl tends to opt for a matte finish, so I used L'Oréal Paris True Match Foundation (read my review here) which she is a massive fan of. I first applied with my fingers; then added more with a Real Techniques Stippling Brush in areas that needed extra coverage.

Eyes: I used the Revlon Colorstay Eyeshadow Palette in Decadent to create a subtle smokey eye. I applied the gold shade across the entire lid, then took the dark brown and blended it from the outer third of the eye and past the crease to create a slight wing. I also ran the shadow along the lower lash line - I did this quite roughly, as I didn't want the eye to look too neat. I then mixed the two lightest shades and placed at the inner corner of each eye, before finishing with a few coats of Benefit They're Real! Mascara (more about that here).

Lips: If I'm wearing a statement lip, I always apply it first to ensure I won't go overboard with blush afterwards. I used L'Oréal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick in Plum Passion - another favourite of Cheryl's, and is the colour I'm pretty certain she's wearing in the picture above... I've alluded to the fact it's a bloody nightmare to track down - I'm currently writing a review and will include all the juicy details of where you can find it.

Cheeks: A quick slick of Nars Blush in Orgasm (frankly, the naughty name is enough to make me blush) completes the look - I hit pan on this a while ago, but as you can see, I'm making full use of those last remaining dregs!

And here's the finished look, ta-daaaah:

This look specifically uses as few products as possible - however, if you'd like to build on the 5 I've mentioned, optional extras include a slick of black kohl along the waterline, a cat eye flick and/or defined eyebrows.

Not-so-optional extra: big, bouncy Cheryl hair. Obviously.

What do you think of this look? Will you be trying it out?
